This feels like a good week for a run.  It was nice to get back on routine last week, and this week feels like the holidays are about to begin.  Nothing feels like the holidays like going for a run in the hotel gym room 🙂

Its gotten dark and cold up here.  Seems like November has given way to Winter very quickly.  Already, I’m beginning to notice a difference in energy levels, lack of sunshine, lack of being able to not put a sweater on.  Winter is definitely here.

Tracking My Food: A Beginner’s Diet

For the past few weeks, on and off, I’ve been more or less tracking what I eat.  Every calories, snack and morsel – I write it down, trying to understand my habits better, trying to quantify my foodstuffs. The resulting list ain’t so pretty.
