This feels like a good week for a run.  It was nice to get back on routine last week, and this week feels like the holidays are about to begin.  Nothing feels like the holidays like going for a run in the hotel gym room 🙂

Body Twist: 8

Shoulder Stability Curls
3 sets of 8 reps each x 15lbs

I’m going to have some trouble pushing past 15lbs, judging by how my elbow joints feel today.  Ouch.

Wall Push
1.5 Feet-steps away x 8 push x 3Sets

Added a new set.  From here, I’ll keep upping the distance until I hit the floor.

I had some serious issues with the treadmill again.  My loft’s gym has a total of 4 treadmills in it.  At any given time between 3 and 4 don’t work.  Yeah.
