I’ve been out of practice/shape for so long, and I’m so up to my ears in different thoughts and exercises and philosophies on getting in shape that I’m lost. Completely, utterly dumbfounded.
And then I found Raphael.
His philosophy is simple, his demands were basic. If you don’t know where to start, start here. If you’ve never even gone for a walk, this is where to begin. I like this school of thought: start slow, at the beginning and ramp up from there. It’s all really about getting your (and since this is MY blog, my) head in the game.
