There are some days when you leave the gym, thinking you’ve failed, you could have given more, or that your workout didnt feel great.

This was not one of those days.

Warm Up:(x2)
Arm-Circles Forward: 8
Arm Circles Reverse: 8
Body Twist: 8

Shoulder Stability Curls
8reps x 2 lbs x 2Sets

Ill talk more about sets and reps later, but after adding some weight, I had to add a few more reps.  Next I’ll add more weight, and then more reps etc.

Wall Push
1Foot away x 4 push

I jumped from 2 reps to 4.  figured 3 was redundant.

not only am I running a quarter of an hour – longer than ever – its also faster than ever.  I also broke the 100 calorie barrier.  Something about that made me feel really great.
