After a long holiday, it was nice to get back into a routine.  As I got on the treadmill I began to look back and think about how far I’ve come.  This is a new week, a short week, and there’s nothing like a shortened week to make you look forward to a Friday.

My treadmill of choice was also a bit of a dud this week: as you can see the screen was busted.  I’m pretty sure this numbers are accurate, and if they are, they show a nice steady progression.  I also doubled the time run this week.  It’s now up to a full 10 minutes.

My next step is to add a new exercise.
