Another week has come, and using my mindset from Monday, this week is all about plodding ahead.

I had some serious issue with the treadmill this week, so, my numbers are probably more than a little off.  I ran for about 5 minutes, and probably at 3 mph.  So, my cardio level remains unchanged and really all I did was add a curl.
